- Designed to provide maximum drying capacity for high volume laboratories.
- Air at a digitally controlled temperature is blown through the base of the instrument for rapid and efficient slide drying without the risk of overheating the specimen.
- Drying times can be reduced by approximately 75% when compared to conventional ovens.
- Space for up to 13 slide racks (when used without the timer rack system) at 30 slide capacity each for a total capacity of 390 slides.

SLIDE DRYING HOTPLATE
Features
- The StatLab Slimline Mini Hotplate has a very small footprint, making it ideal for use at the microtome.
- It is primarily used to remove stubborn wrinkles from tissue sections and re-orientate embedded tissue. It may also be used in microbiology for heat fixing bacterial smears.
- The hotplate features a matte black heated surface to provide a visual contrast for tissue sections and reaches a max temperature of 167F (75ºC).
- The body of the Mini Hotplate is coated with an antimicrobial finish which inhibits growth of bacteria and viruses.
